You will be able to save your progress and come back later to complete your application, however, we strongly advise you to complete your application all at once to avoid losing out on any promotions and room preferences.
Accommodations are limited and will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis. The acceptance of this application does not ensure an accommodation in the selected floor plan; an accommodation is reserved upon execution of the lease agreement by the Primary resident. A resident is legally bound to the lease agreement once they sign the lease agreement, regardless of a signed guaranty agreement or security deposit payment.
